I Am Enough

There are so many of us who compare ourselves to others in a variety of ways and reasons why. Well let me tell you is is super unhealthy for our mental health and self-esteem. For our entire lives we have either by someone comparing us to others or comparing ourselves to what we see in magazines, on television or movies or even those we know. We may see thee current situation but what we do not see is all of the hard work, struggles and even tears that went into getting them where they are.
I recently read a short email and watched a corresponding video that I want to share with you about just this topic. It is so important not to compare ourselves to others but at the same time life has almost programmed us to do just that, so I hope that you enjoy the this post as much as I did.
P.S.
This is not an affiliate link or article and I am not compensated in any way for sharing this with you. I simply want to share this message and spread it as far as we can because it is important.
I want to share a special video with you called "A Flower Blooms." A Flower Blooms is about how we tend to feel insecure or unworthy when we compare ourselves to others. It's a metaphor for how flowers are uniquely beautiful, and thus incomparable. It's only 2 min, and I hope you watch it.
In order to move towards a more supportive & loving community, we must start with our own self love & confidence. You must bloom, confidently.
I hope you can appreciate the metaphor. And if that wasn't enough, I spent the rest of the video giving practical, actionable advice on how to finally stop comparing yourself to others.
If you liked it, please share it with someone you love. Let's keep spreading the message to stop comparing and start appreciating and loving ourselves.
Love + light,
Aileen
Again I did not write the above I am just sharing it because of it's importance, so I truly hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
